A Main Street Vegan® Lifestyle Coach & Educator is a practicing vegan who is certified to coach, counsel and educate individuals and groups in adopting this health-promoting and compassionate way of eating and being in the world. As a Main Street Vegan-certified VLCE, you’ll be qualified to help individuals and groups go vegan, stay vegan, feel terrific, and be part of the wonderful ripple effect that’s saving the lives of people and animals, and helping heal the planet. In addition, you’ll learn at the Academy how to set up a Vegan Lifestyle Coaching practice, market yourself, speak for groups and to the media, and make the most of the Internet.

Fran is an advisory board member and teaches at Victoria Moran’s Main Street Vegan Academy.

The Best of Vegan Chocolate Cakes Baking Class @ Institute for Culinary Nutrition

In this class you’ll learn to bake the best chocolate cakes around…that just happen to be vegan! We’ll make multiple variations, as well as go over gluten-free options. After perfecting the basic recipe, we’ll make: Bittersweet Ganache-Glazed Chocolate Torte with Cranberry Coulis; Sacher Torte with Schlag; Brooklyn Blackout Cake; Chocolate Pecan Cranberry Coffee Cake; and Chocolate, Orange, and Almond Olive Oil Cake.

Vegan Holiday Dessert Class @ Institute for Culinary Nutrition

Buche de Noël LR

In this class you’ll make a wide range of scrumptious desserts that all happen to be vegan. And everything but the eclairs is gluten-free! We’ll make and then enjoy: Buche de Noel with Marzipan Mushrooms; Mocha Creme Brûlée; English Trifle; Matcha White Chocolate Mousse; Eclairs; and Mendiants.
