I’m very excited to see the beautiful space that is the Google YouTube offices in San Bruno, CA. Working with this team, including the pastry chef has been a dream. Did you know that the ingredients are local, organic and fair-traded? The pastry team is making the Ganache Glazed Chocolate Torte to Live For, both wheat and gluten free versions and serving the Vanilla Pastry Cream from Vegan Chocolate. My cookbook trailer, as seen on YouTube will be shown and some of the ingredients from the recipes will be set out in an area of the cafe. I’ll be available to answer questions about the recipes.
