I’m just home from Florida and headed to my daughter’s home for our Happy Thanksgiving meal. Normally, we cook together but not this year. Instead, I planned ahead and made these Pumpkin Cranberry Muffins using Spiced Pumpkin Butter and froze them before I left. Also in the freezer is the swap-out cake.
