Fran Costigan – Pumpkin Mousse Shortcakes
Fran is a pastry professional, culinary educator and bestselling author of cookbooks, including Vegan Chocolate. Fran is Director of Vegan Pastry at the Rouxbe Online Culinary School and is an internationally recognized authority on vegan desserts. Fran is also a member of the Philly Dames chapter.


Char Nolan – Harvest Roast
Char is a certified plant-based chef and instructor. Armed also with a degree in Public Health form Temple U., she works tirelessly to bring healthy food and cooking to underserved communities. Char is an instructor for the Rouxbe Online Culinary School and is a member of the Philly Dames chapter.
