I am so proud to offer this first of its kind, Essential Vegan Desserts Course with the renowned Rouxbe Online Cooking School. You may alreay know the school, which is home to chef Chad Sarno’s Plant-Based Professional Certification Course, or the Culinary RX and Forks Over Knives courses. For years, I’ve wanted to find a way to offer my popular Vegan Baking Boot Camp Intensive® in a way that would be more in depth, more affordable, and more easily accessed, per the regular requests I’ve received. I adore this couple, and I have missed them since I moved from New York City. As a chef who consults her Flavor Bible and Vegetarian Flavor Bible daily, I can tell you this newest book is an opportunity to learn about creative processes. Plus, I’ll be signing copies of Vegan Chocolate too, along side my friends.
